The aluminum replaces the weight lost when the paint scraped off... The K5 is a very finely-tuned machine so even a slight change in corner weights will dramatically affect handling and performance.

I think he has a new trail leader plan that is awesome. Show them the start, go back to town hang for a bit and then meet them at the end.
