those are the covers on the wiper motor.. the best i could come up with for you is new wiper motors..

I don't think the covers can be bought separately

I think he is referring to the firewall cover, only found on the diesel pick-ups. It's sound deadening...and I have no idea where to buy that, or even if you can anymore.

Edit, after looking at all 4 pics, he is looking for the firewall cover for sure.
