OK, I see all the lift kits in the world for 3/4 ton and less trucks. Where do you find lifts for K30's, or, what is the easiest way to get a 4 or 6 inch lift for them? It's gonna be a DD and hunting truck.

Do you really need 1 ton springs for it?

Most of the 3/4 ton lifts with the 56" rear springs are heavy rate springs and work fine under a 1 ton. If anything they'd be slightly softer than the stock stuff and improve the ride. I know several guys running Tuff Country HD packs on their CUCV pickups and everyone likes the ride and quality.
Tuff Country and BDS would be my choices.

I beleive Skyjacker and Superlift specifically make 1 ton lift springs but not sure if there's any difference between those and their 3/4 ton stuff.

No, definitley don't need the 1 Ton set up. I already have a 2000 K3500 I use for work. I didn't know if the 3/4 ton stuff would bolt right up or not. Are you saying it will? I have D60, 14bff, 465/205, and I'm dropping in a 350 where there used to be a 454.

Yes it will. Half ton springs would bolt right up in the front and in the rear any 56" long rear spring would work.

Thanks alot, I didn't know if there were any problems with the width, and length. Cool, thanks again. So the only difference would be my ride quality then. Cool.

you can also net four inches in the rear with a DIY4X.com shackle flip kit. it utilizes the stock rear spring so y ou dont need to buy new ones.
