Question on a 6.5 TD PMD delete

Looking to buy a 94 3/4 ton suburban. My ? is can I take the IP and computer from a 93 and simply swap them in. Both are 3/4 ton autos.

yes it can be done. If you have a parts truck it would be pretty easy, but there are more parts involved than just ip and computer

The parts truck is easier to come by than a nice 92/93 3/4 4x4 diesel suburban in great condition with low miles. Just not sure if it's worth it or not to do the swap for reliability or just keep looking for what I want. Or maybe the the whole pmd stuff isn't really that bad The Burb has a new relocated pmd already.

for the amount of work involved, I would just leave the 94 alone. the nice thing about relocating the pmd, is that it makes it very easy to change.
