I wouldn't advertise that. Plus if you don't need to pass smog then why do you care. /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

Umm...yeah. Get a 3 way cat, and don't put it on backwards. They reduce HC CO and NoX. I dont see why people complain about cats anyway, just leave them on (i understand you didnt take it off) you dont get that much power by not having one. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

stop razzing me. /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif I know that they are MADE to pass smog, but my buddy who owns a muffler shop said that they make shitty ones that actually dont pass smog. Im not in the muffler buisness, so I believed him. STFU! /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

otherwise catco in summitt like $60

Catco converters are cheaply made.

There are some converters that will not pass smog, but in CA with your truck you should not have to worry too much. As long as it is an OBDII converter you are fine.

I could be wrong but I believe the one that Summit sells for $60 is only OBDI. This would not work for you in CA.

The OBDII converters are only needed on 96 and newer vehicles in CA.

You need to relax. I never "razzed" you. I have helped you just as much or more than anyone else here in another thread explaining what you need for a 3/4 conversion, why you need it, and the benifets.

If you think saying "STFU" to a vetran member that has helped you out plenty is "cool" (you used /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif) than you can forget reading anymore help from me.

Send me a PM, I can set you up with a new high flow one for around $50.

Man, you need to chill and step down from your throne. As you are probably unaware I wasnt replying to you. The STFU was a complete joke, thats why I put the /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif...
I appreciate your help on all my subjects, but you take things completely the wrong way..This is the third time you have freaked out and "lectured" me over nothing.....If you dont want to help me, thats cool, just please stop assuming so much...
leave the bitching to the girls /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

While this is true, it is my understanding all vehicles in CA must have an OBDII complaint converter that meets EPA. Vechiles 96 and newer must be OBDII complaint and the converter must meet EPA and CARB, there is a difference between OBDII converters.
