question on cv shafts.

is it easy to switch just from u-joints to cv joints comin out of the trans. liek i see where i dont know how to wrod this, but where u get more angles with a cv joint, than u joints, and how much does it usually run to get get a cv kit or what they call it. and are they better than standard u-joints? thank you for any imput on my confused mind.
 
look at ur front driveshaft. i think that it is a cv shaft. it just has 3 u joints to "disperse" the angle more eveny so to speak. sorry i dont have enuff time to explain everything, mayb some1 else can

At least for a 205 it is real easy to convert. Just swap the outputs. Dont even need to take the case apart or even remove it from the truck. I did it a few eyars ago.

You have to get a cv driveline built and balanced, a local shop will build one that is a direct replacement for your original, it costs about $250 though /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif
 
I paid just over $450.00 for both shafts all new with all new hardware. /forums/images/icons/shocked.gif
