I've got an HEI distibutor with an 8-pin ignition module out of an '89 Blazer. There are two wires that connect the pickup to the module, one green and one white. The terminals on the module are labelled P and N (positive and negative?). Does anyone know for sure which wire goes to which terminal?
If P and N do stand for + and - I don't know why they didn't just make the wires red and black. Or, they could have used different size terminals to make it idiot proof. I've looked in all the wiring diagrams I have and I can't find the answer
.
Thanks in advance!
