does anyone know about adjusting the bands on a 700r4?

ok...so you want to adjust the band. well for starters you need the j33037 which is the 2-4 intermediate band apply gage. then you need to disassemble the 2-4 servo housing. then you can install the j33037 and and the band apply pin. then you secure the j33037 to the case with the snap ring from the 2-4 servo cover. apply 98 lb in torque to the j33037. if the line in the j33037 is visible the pin length is correct. there are three 2-4 servo pins:
2.59-2.60 inches with one groove
2.65-2.66 inches with two grooves
2.70-2.71 inches with no grooves
