Questions about 52" spring swap

Hey guys ive been doing some research on this swap and ive found alot of helpful info about how to do it, but i was wondering if there are any negatives to doing this as opposed to just using lift springs.

Ya i read that earlier, hopefully i wont run into that. I was wondering more about just general drivability, are they going to cause more swaying or steering issues, anything like that?
