Quick Ball Joint Question

In which direction does the upper ball joint come out of. Do you push it up from the bottom to get it out? I got the bottom one out but top one is kicking my butt.

Yeah it comes out the top use an extension and a press, or a BFH /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif
