QUICK body swap question..........

gota couple Q's cuz my 88k5 body has seen better days, last sat. i blew out both front cab mounts and the truck is emploding on itself the doors dont shut and the fender to door gap is whorendous (IE me driving too rough and having a rotted floor)


ok i have an 88 with EFI 350 and wanted to know if their is any major issues with swapping a 85 rust free body onto my frame wiring issues ETC... any help would be awesome.
ask me some questions to help with your answers

I'd gut the 85, then swap all the electrical and stuff into it from the 88...then ditch the 88 body and drop the 85 tub on the frame.

Big job, but pretty straight forward.

i knew it was gunna be quiet the job but i need to get it done i have having to open the rear window every mornin to go to work...
and the most rust free tub i can get is an 85, i was figureing on gutting all the crap from the 85 and butting the 88 stuff in. thanx
