Quick Carb Question

Whats the difference between the offroad carbs and reg street carbs? There's a spring somewhere involved correct?

For Holley off road carburetors they leverage better baffling, spring loaded needles and a check valve in metering blocks.

There is a kit for some carbs (as mentioned above), it doesn't make much difference.

The off-road specific carbs (like the Holley Truck Avenger) are MUCH better.

Also, if you look in the classified section, you just may find a great off road carb for cheap! ;-)
