Iv got Pro Comp front springs With the tops of the clamps cut off and Pro Comp shocks (that are too short). In the rear I have F150 springs with Marv Springer shackle flip brackets and Rancho 5112s.

As for materials I used 1.75"x.140"pipe(measures 2"OD),2"x.25"flat bar,2"round Delrin (in place of poly bushings)turned to the ID of the 2" pipe and pressed into it,and a piece of round stock for the spacer that the bolt goes through.I got the pins at Ace Hardware.
