Quick ECM question

on an 88 k-5 blazer the ECM that i removed from mine looks to be a non-original part, is their a way to tell if its GM or not?
the numbers on the tag are SERV. NO. 1227747 AMUR 860061 E380981995
thank you for your help, i just need to know im going to the junk yard to pick up another one.

1227747 ='87-'91 GM trucks. Looks like the right one to me. When you get one make sure to get one for the trans you have in your truck. Or you can swap your PROM chip into the new one.
Why are you replacing the ECM? They dont go bad that often.
