quick ep381 fuel pump ?

Got my tank out of the K5 tonight and fuel pump out.
When installing the ep381 fuel pump which if either rubber piece do you use at bottom before sock goes on?
New one does not seem to fit cut out and old one does not seem to fit pump, so figured I would ask.

I managed to use the one that came with the EP381. Wasn't the best fit but it worked okay. To be honest I didn't think to try the piece from the TBI pump. If it fits better, I don't see why you couldn't use it.

I remember trimming something so the 381 pump fit in the k5 sending unit.
