Quick head question

Would the heads from a 1999 vortec 350 out of a camaro work on my 87 tbi 350 in my K5? Just wondering. Thanks.

Only if you also buy the $300 TBI-to-Vortec intake manifold. The intake pattern on the Vortec heads is WAY different from the TBI heads.

if its from a camaro no way they are two totaly different engines, if they are heads from a truck yes they will and you will need a new intake

Dangit. I have an edelbrock tbi performer intake so i guess the heads wont work. Thanks though.

yea 99 camaros had ls1 engins which are completly diffrent
