Quick Help, 14ff disc brake bracket torque

Installing disc conversion from DIY4X, I need torque specs on bolts. Bolts are 1/2 x 20 UNF. I'm guessing 60-75 ft-lbs.

Hurry, running out of beer!

That says 120 ft lbs for grade 8, looks to be plated, and I will use red loctite. Suggestions?

Bah, 95 ft-lbs with slight oil from wd-40 used for chasing the threads, and red loctite.



I'll re-torque them if somebody tells me different.

95 ft lbs with loc tite is plenty. That is what is in our install instructions. Also, torque them down in a criss cross pattern.
