quick n00b question

I don't know if corrosion has taken its toll but I cannot find the rad drain on my 85 blazer, is it underneath or is it the screw that runs horizontal that is on the opposite side of where the hose running into the block would be?

It's on the lower driver's side on the engine side, and yes it runs horizontally.
