Anyone happen to know if the O2 sensor from an '87 K5 with the TBI 305, will work in a '92 C1500 with the 4.3??

If the sensor in the 92 is a non heated single wire sensor. The one from the 87 should work. TBI single wire sensors were all the same as far as I know.
But if it is a heated 3 wire sensor you will have to replace with the same.

Thanks.

I'll have to ask my cousin if his sensor is a single or 3-wire...

Go check it on acdelco.com. You can look the part number up by vehicle, then cross that part number vs. vehicles it was used on.

Pretty certain there is a LARGE variety of single wire O2 sensors unfortunately. Might be as simple as length of wiring or connector differences, but I know for a fact there is more than just one single wire O2 sensor part #.
