I'm soooooooo sorry if this info is out there already but I need to know in order to move on this deal.

will a passenger side drop, 32.5" perch width, dodge dana 60 bolt up to my blazer?

Basically no. The problem is the perches on the Dodge 60 are a hair narrower or wider ( can't remember which) than a Chevy 60. It's so close, that some guys squeeze or pull the leaf springs over just enough to get it to line up, but that is not recommended. I believe someone is making some offset bushings for the springs or something, to make it work better.

short answer no. Its off by 1 inch, or 1/2 inch on each perch. The steering arm is different, the shocks mount up different, the width of the axle is different, the spring pad is 2.5" wide instead of 3" on chevy d60's. the brake lines are different as well, but the chevy stuff will bolt up. The wheel lug studs are 1/2 not 9/16 like the chevys.

Lots of guys here have Dodge D60's up front. Yes, there are small differences but nothing that can't be overcome easily. Perch width is 1/2" narrower OVERALL. Do you think your springs care if they are slightly tweaked 1/4" in? If you do think it's and issue, and many people don't, then get the offset bushings.

Steering arm different...in a good way. It is raised a lot higher than the stock GM arm making it quite desirable for those that aren't doing X-over right away.

Shock mounts are easy to change.

I wouldn't overlook a Dodge D60 front, as long as it was a D60 and not a D61.
