Probably..but..
Its most likely the cheapest china made module money can buy in it ,IF they replaced it at all!--I've seen some "rebuilts" that still had the AC/Delco GM module that came in it!(not that thats a bad thing--factory modules are much better quality than most sftermarket ones)..some of the cheap ones lack the "dwell advance" curcuit,and it takes a toll on performance and mileage..if the runs as good as it did before you swapped in the rebuilt,I'd just run it--and replace the module if/when it fails with a GM one..
