a 208 is full time correct?

also if a truck had a th350/203combo what adatper and/or tailshaft would you need to put a 208 on the back of the th350?

208 is part time The 203 is fulltime.

To put a 208/241 behind a TH350 you need the adaptor, and a longer output for the Tranny. The TH350's that came with 208's are rare as thay only were in a few years like 81-83. AA sells the shaft and the adaptor for ~$200 IIRC. I know Jesse from Blazen Offroad had the TH350/208 in his Jimmy and was selling parts/pieces of it.

I did this swap a couple years ago

can't be too rare, a buddy with a 85 has a TH350/208 combo..........

They are pretty rare stock 81 was the only year that you had to get that combo if you wanted an auto. The TH350 was an option till 85 with the 208, but that still makes it somewhat rare as most everybody opted for the 700R:doah:
