I'm in the process of making some new, slightly extended front shackles and have run into a bit of a problem. Since the garage is full and it's dark and cold outside and I really don't feel like pulling a shackle bolt just to measure it. /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif Does anybody know what size bolts (diameter) run through the front shackles and springs? I measured the threads just past the nut and they measured 0.550" in diameter which is past the major diameter for a 1/2-13 bolt.
