Okay I have a fried 700r4 that came out of my Burban. And I have access to a freshly rebuilt turbo 350 that was impressively but up in May. Shift kit new torque converter. Deep sump pan and all hard parts replaced. Has all receipts with it and it wasn't a cheap build. But he changed directions with the build. It is a 4x4 transmission. I know I would need to add a vaccume line. But what do I need to make it fit with my 241 t case. I know they make an adapter to make everything fit just as if a 700 was in there. Has anyone done this and have any links to help with parts I may need?

Or can I just use the adapter I have off the 700 and put it on the th350 with the 241 t case and just have the driveshafts re lengthened

You will need the Techpak fitzall adapter (7Q-35A) between the TH350 and the 700R4 adapter. http://www.teckpak-fitzall.com/spgm.cfm?id=7Q-35A

Since the TH350 you'd be using is already a 4WD version you WILL NOT be cutting the tailshaft of the TH350 like the directions say (those directions are for installing a 2WD trans and cutting the shaft to the same length as a 4WD trans).

So how do I purchase this kit off of that website. Or do I call them and go pick it up? But just bear with me here a second. Hook the a damper I have now off of the 700r4 directly to the 350 tranny and then the adapter from this kit and then the transfer and slam er all back together?

How far does the output shaft of the 4x4 350 stick out past the end of the case as measured by the edge that bolts to the adapter? They did produce some 350's that had a longer shaft and this would be much easier to adapt, if yours is the little stubby shaft it is more difficult.
