Qwest still has us screwed up, but we\'re still here

Due to rampant problems with Qwest, we've been having a lot of problems with customers getting disconnected messages, busy signals, ring no answers, etc. We're still here using the same phone numbers and hopefully every opportunity for them to mess us up has been used already. If you have problems getting through, keep trying, there's nothing else we can do at this point.
Apparently our server has been having Qwest problems also, so our website and email are down too.

Just FYI, I have not been able to access your site today. I get the "Page Cannot Be Displayed" error message.

I have the same problem, but I get re-directed to this stupid error site. It happened to me all day yesterday, I haven't tried today yet though /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

Do you have a contract with them? If I remember correctly, if it's down for more than 8 hours you get free service for a month. It seems you can also cancel your contract with them. It seems like when Qwest goes down they go down hard whereas SBC goes down all the time for short periods. Three monkeys and a giraffe could run their company better than they do... make sure you complain to them they'll usually give you free stuff to shut you up. hehe.

Google's cache still has your website so if someone needs to read something off your website they can just go to Google and read it.

No, there's no echo here, as long as we can find a way to project your voice to our office.

We do have some free stuff lined up, the public utilities commission has heard some complaints. That doesn't take care of a lousy week of fighting phone lines and servers though.
