R30 dually

First 2 wheel drive truck I’ve actually modified
Working on replacing the “clunky” overdrive controls. The heavy old school high beam floor switch is what Gearvender gave me for a on/off switch. Got a replacement knob for my column shift and carved it out and put a TCS froma late model “furd”

Not sure how much experience you have with the Gearvendor. Make sure to change to oil in it every 6,000 miles +/-. I run this oil in mine. They hold just about 1 qt. My brother in law used to own the truck I have with one and it had the GV in it for it's entire life and he had to replace it a few years ago due to it wearing out. They do not like backing up with a big heavy ass trailer and steep mtn campsites. He said after seeing inside of one that he is fairly confident we could rebuild it ourselves if we ever have to again. Apparently they are pretty simple inside.

Exactly what I used!! And yes, I have an extra bottle!

I decided to have my Buddy do the rear springs and drop for me. Without having torches, I think it would have been to much to deal with right now. So new 1/2 ton springs are in. 2”. Drop shackles on, and new shocks. Dropped it 4” total! And it rides so much smoother!! I asked him to send me pics during the work, but he only took a couple! 1 front spring bolt nut was rounded. So he welded a Snap On wrench to it ! But that’s done! I still have air bags to install to give me some payload back.
