This is sort of a continuation thread from the dual alt. thread that I had hijacked with this subject.

I am curious about using this stuff in my truck. It was mentioned that it is safe to mix with exsisting r12 but sucks in real hot conditions.

We dont get overly hot here (nothing like 120 degree arizona weather) I was just wondering if this would be sufficiant for use for a couple of years? and is it an on the shelf purchase for a couple of refills?

if you only need it for a few years 134 will work
