Can a Racor fuel filter assembly that has a fuel heater and water sensor be wired into the existing harness for the model 80 filter? My housing is gone but the wire connector is still there. I didn't know if the stock fuel heater was already controlled by a thermostat or if it was in the housing somewhere. what did the water sensor do when it detected water? Is there a light on the dash or something? Thanks in advance.
