Radials on H1's?

I currently have the 8 bolt style, I have access to a great deal on a set of 37" MTR'S for $700 (brand new). Anybody run radials on an 8 bolt wheel. If so do you have any issues? Thanks.

The later h1 tires were radials. Dont see why there would be any problems.

I dont think the MTRs are 16.5s so it problly wont work too safely.

Radial tires will work on 8 bolt H1s, as long as you dont air them up over 50 psi I think it is

The goodyear retreads are 16.5's. That might be what hes talking about. Or the later model hummer tires like I had mentioned.

And they switched to 12-bolt wheels with radials, versus the 8-bolt style they used with the bias tires.

if theyre goodyear MTs then theyre not worth 700 even new. if they are MT/R then youre good to go IF they are 16.5.

Yeah you can get regular retread MT's with a true MT pattern for $500 shipped. The old style goodyear mt pattern can be had very cheap.

I happen to have just got a set of the mtr's 37/12.50/16.5

Oh and they just came out with a 24 bolt rim let me find the camera!!!

The guy said they were MTR's and that they are 16.5. I have the tires that came on the 8 bolt wheels and they suck a$$. I'll ask if they are retreads but he didnt say that they were.

So I guess they do make them, That makes me excited then. I think for $700 Im getting a pretty good deal.
