Radiator flush - capacity?

84 K5 , 305, 700r. w/ AC <——-guess this makes difference

Want to drain / refill radiator. How much coolant and distilled water should i get ?

The entire system from my experience holds about 4 gallons. If you are just draining sand refilling the radiator I would think it would hold 2-2.5 gallons

Ok thanks, got back from napa, they said 18 quarts / 4.5 gal.
