Another issue I am having is my radiator keeps spitting alot out of the overflow? What would cause this? It is a new thermostat (160), a new water pump, 6 month old radiator, new hoses. What could cause this?

just to clear the basics....
how hot is your motor running?/forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

My motor is running at a steady 168. It never tops 170. Justin it could be the cap and that is what I am going to do next. I think I will try and get a 18 psi cap to raise the boiling point from where my 16 has it?

Well the MK here at the station just explained to me exactly how a cap works and now that I understand that I think you are right on justin. I am going to put a new cap on it (probably just another 16 psi) tonight and see if that fixes my problem.

i you have any air in your system still from your recent work, the air will expand and spit fluid out. if so you need to bleed the cooling system

I have already blead the system. I am thinking faulty cap also
