Radiator Support Bushings

I installed a body lift and new bushings, and the directions that came with the bushing kit said 88 ft-lbs. That seemed like a crapload when I was tightening it down, (I thought I was going to pop an o-ring...) and the bushings on the radiator support are pretty squished. Is that how they're supposed to be? Thanks.

Sounds right. I had old, old Energy Suspension papers from a body mount kit years ago and it said 85 ft. lbs.
