Well, I figured out why I burned up the transmission in the burb. The POS LMC 4 core radiator trans cooling side swelled up and blocked the flow of fuild!

It wont even flow drips let alone and stream. I plug off the bottom end and then used tube with a funnel to fill it up which takes 15 minutes. Then unplug the bottom end and it takes 10 minutes before it starts dripping out. Put air to it and I get more back in my face then out the other end!

So what I NEED from the brotherhood, is who makes a damn good radiator?

I don't want plastic tanks on the sides and I want a good 4 core. I'm not opposed to spending 5 or 6 bucks on it either. I need something that wont fail me again.

/end rant

Thanks boys!!

I just bought a parts store metal radiator for a diesel blazer. 4 rows, fits like OEM. No issues.

I was going to do that but I'm under the impression the trans cooler outlets are on the driver's side of the radiator.

I ended up getting a 3 core aluminum Champion. We'll see how that goes.

As far as trying to get LMC to pay for the trans, it's not worth the time and hassle to me.

Thanks everyone.

The tranny cooler lines are on the drivers side on a diesel radiator..why they did that I dont know, pretty dumb to run lines that far,and have the oil cooler lines cross over to the passenger side in front of the fan, where salt sprays on them..GM goofed in my opinion!..put them ass backwards!..
