My '93 Pick Up has a missing radio in the hole on the rite side of the dash, and a cassette holder above the radio.

A junk TEERUK at the local yard has the stock radio, so I tried to remove it, and there's no wire-disconnect clip in the back. The wire dissappers into the dash harness. I'm going to go back tommorow with a sawzall and cut the dash up. The plastic is quite resilient, as I was whacking it with a large solid bar!

Is there another box for the radio to work??? Here's a vid I made...

IIRC on my 93 shortbed silverado that wire harness coming out of the radio plugged into a black box under the dash , as did the tape player in the center section . you should be able to get to it if you remove the panel from under the steering column i believe. also if you do not have this black box you will need to get it also. i remember it being a bit of a pain to get to
