#2 looks like a paging freq...

If you really want to hide, identify the local paging freqs, then use simplex on those with your own tone. Nobody will bother to try to monitor you because the pager buzzing will drive them crazy.

I have 4 radios and programmers if we can decide on a channel or 4. I know in years past I have heard the local pd on weatherman so that's out.
