Rally wheel application code?

So, I noticed that 15x8 6 lug rally wheels have different application codes near the valve stem. I have seen different codes such as DAB, ZC and CW, they all look the same, anyone know what those codes mean? I'm guessing what vehicle they were built for?

I looked on google and there is a few code breakdowns for rally wheels on cars,but I didn't see any for trucks..
The codes that identify the rims according to the posts I read are stamped inside the rim,near the bead and valve stem hole--the other codes external near the valve stem relate to DOT standards and load ratings supposedly (like "JJ" for example)..
It's a shame so much of the original info is now "lost" and GM never kept track of their records better,and we now only have the memories of a few GM employees and some litterature they saved to go by--leaves many things a "mystery"..

Yeah, that's what I found, lots of info for Corvette rally wheels and such but nothing for trucks, the mystery continues.

There were at least two different widths for the 15" wheels, so that is likely part of it.

I wouldn't be surprised if the GM parts manual broke them all down. Link in my signature. They list all the other codes GM used for things like axles, so no reason they shouldn't for the wheels.

I have at least 10 rally wheels ,5 lug ones,for my '81 G-10 van..

They are all 15",and one set are 8" wide,another set of 6" ones,and I have a few that are 7" and 6.5" wide...

All were found at salvage yards,and the 7" and 6.5" ones may have come off a 70's Impala,but they look identical to the others,right down to the 3 bolt holes for center caps,so perhaps they were from 2wd 1970's pickups..only the set of 6" ones were on a van when I got them,the 8" ones were on a square body 2wd pickup...the rest were just laying around in a pile of tires & rims..

I was kind of surprised to see there was a warning stamped into the 8" wheels near the valve stem saying "Do Not Exceed 41 PSI"...the others have no such warning,just some codes ..
GM probably had more than one supplier for their wheels,
Kelsey-Hayes was the most common but I bet many others were used also..
