ramsey winches

I recently stumbled upon new ramsey 8000 pound winches for $300. my question is, are they any good, or should i save my $$ and get a warn? I'm trying to stay under $750 on a winch, but I also want it to be able to pull me out of mud holes when i go swimming. you think its strong enough/ reliable?

if an 8000 is what you want I wouldnt hesitate for a sec on a Ramsey
they are the second most popular brand which is pretty good considering the Warn massive ad campaign
