88 v20 everything runs great in every other situation but while on the feeway power randomly cuts in and out. Not enough to slow me down but almost like im slowly reving in park to warm it up. Never shuts off and doesnt throw a code.

Its a rebuilt tbi 350 with 15k miles all accessories are new within the last 15k except the throttle body.

Where do i look?

Id say start with fuel pressure, then check for any spark wires that are heat damaged, check the cap and rotor…

When you say this, are you saying it feels like the revs climb, but the power isn't being applied to the rear tires ?
Could it possibly be a torque convertor issue or transmission problem?

I think im describing it wrong. With my foot at a constant position the rpms will drop for a second then climb back to where they should be it happens over 4 or 5 seconds

Sounds like power loss, as in electric. Check your fusible links and everything in that line
