If an np203 were to fail, would it still retain rear wheel drive? or does the chain drive both the front and rear shafts? Im sitting here getting ready to go to bed, and this thought came to find. Ive never been inside a 203 case to see what drives what. School me!

I tried search function, but nothing led me to this. I saw about the differental failing and only having front wheels, but didnt know how that all comes into play. If someone would explain to me what turns what starting with the output shaft of the trans and ending witht the driveshafts turining i would appreicate it.

If the chain breaks it is going to bind up and break stuff inside the t-case. Hypothetically speaking though IF the chain were to break and wasn't able to bind up then you would still have rear wheel drive.
