Ok, after 6 hours cleaning out a rat nest that encompassed the WHOLE engine compartment of the new project, there is some baked on rat turds... What chemical can I use to break down what is left? The car was sitting for over 10 years so this has been there for a long time and there is a bit of caked on residue!
