ratchet shifter?

iam thinking of installing a ratchet shifter in my blazer only i want to install it up high like up by the steerig wheel .like in the baja trucks i seen one in a mud truck this past weekend it was mounted on angle iron from the floor and ten it came up and the console part sat on top of the angle iron . i really didnt like the looks of how it was mounted so i am loking for other ideas . any on got pictures or ideas? thanks

here is mine. Not terrib;y up high but right where I have good control of it

Mine's mounted almost at the top of it's height adjustment and is in real easy reach even with the bucket seats. Infact...it's in such easy reach I often just rest my hand on it while driving! (and that's an extended T case shifter too)

my Art Carr is up pretty high....

Steve's at ORD is up even higher i believe..
