Rattle from T-case

So there is a rattle coming from my case. It happens every time I hit bumps in the road, even small ones! This started happening in the past 2 days. Was minor before, almost unnoticeable. It is coming from below the shifter, sounds like sheet metal hitting atop other metal. I have an 88 K5.

I think I've got the same problem, at least my noise is coming from the same place but mines like a click that increases with RPMs. What really baffles me is that it still does it in neutral with the clutch in...
