Razorback 14bff diff covers Pricing Update

those are pretty sweet covers. i'd like to see someone manufacture a cover which would fit a 14b after someone cuts off the bottom 2 inches similar to what is shown in the 14b bible on pirate4x4. actually, i think it'd be great if there were a kit which includes the .5" plate which would be welded to the bottom of the diff housing w/ bolt holes tapped into it so that the diff cover could be bolted to the new bottom plate of the housing. it would also be great if the top of the new bottom plate of the housing could be pre-chamfered so that it could be welded and then shaved down flat to create a smooth surface which wouldn't catch on obstacles. just my .02.

I am pretty sure DIY4X already has a ring that is set up to be cut to what ever size you need after you "shave" you 14FF.

are those fins going to interfere with the front tie rod????

I was wondering the same thing. Maybe just have the ridges on the bottom half of the cover? Ram mount would be nice along with drain and fill plug. I saw Lepers cover in person and it is suhweeeet. I'll be ordering one for the 60 if it has the ram mount built in and doesn't interfere with the tie rod. Excellent work guys!

Just go high steer and move everything to the back. I'll show ya what it looks like in a couple of weeks.

im not going to be runnign highsteer, just crossover, highsteer wont work (ord's anyways) with the springs/ axle placement i have.

So far we've stayed away from the weld in bungs. $115 shipped.

Got some preliminary stuff done for it. Gona go pick up a D60 axle this weekend to do the welding on so shouldn't be long.
