RC4WD K5 Blazer.

I love both. I really have nothing to compare it to as I hadn't seen anything in like 20+ years. The steel frame and oil filled coil overs blow me away. A Panhard bar and true four link? Crazy. The detail on the RC4WD body is second to none. I am just stoked I was able to get it to fit so well with the Vaterra frame.

You would never be able to shoot that poser shot on a arb fridge in real life. Come on man!

on a serious note.. looks good!

yeah what chassis did you start with?
what motor/esc you running?

mine is hanging on my wall as i dont have time for it. I have a camaro FOFF - CAMFOFF still in progress and 8 micro rcs.. ughhhhhhhh

not a scaler.. well slightly more of a buggie scaler... i do want to make a 1:1 of my truck some day.. maybe that will be my scale truck..

It is a vaterra ascender frame and an RC4WD body. I bought the kit and built it but haven't had time to do all the electronics. With my son showing interest it was time to get this done and built.

I don't really know much about them other than they look awesome. Next purchase is trepadors and method wheels !

Treps are a little taller than the Crawlers, be careful. They are sweet though. I cut one set & my kids truck (pictured) has stock ones.

thinking about getting one, only wish i could find someone that makes the 90 grill, i found one for a clod buster but not for the Ascender kit ( wonder if it could be modified )

I made this grille out of styrene. I even made the vent windows open with styrene. give it a shot. you might be surprised how easy it is .
