Seems the both front and rear spring clamps worked themselves loose and spread out.
Had a clunking coming from right under my feet when I was turning left or right. Searched entire front end but it was all tight. Then had a pal move the wheel and bingo! 2nd leaf was walking around in the pack.
Anybody got easy way to cinch 'em up again without taking leaf pack out?
Thanks

well from working in a spring shop and seeing stuff you got more than loose leaf going on.

you need to pull ubolts and drop axle a bit . then check centerpin and replace if needed. next fix the clamps to stay tight.

but biggest thing is u-bolts are loose as the leafs should not fan out like that.

and u-bolts are to be used 1 time only also for best results.

Hmm...
I used new u-bolts, center bolts when I rebuilt front end 2 months ago but had a nasty PS leak that I since fixed. Coated everything in fluid. Did re torque
u-bolts but maybe time to have another look and tighten up center bolt.
Ever use these quick clamps for replacing clamps?
