Really Stupid Question about engine rotation. Edit: See Answer in Thread.

Ok so l i have a 77 big block, I know I need a standard rotation water pump but is standard rotation cw or ccw. I would figure you'd look at it from the front of the motor but maybe not. I'm sure someone here can help me out.

Oh and while we are here what are your opinions on high flow water pumps do they work for cooling at slower speeds?

Well the answer is Clockwise. A water pump on a non serp setup turns the in the standard rotation of Clockwise.
