Who has seen a rear spring pack like this ? How much lift over stock?

Not a stock pack, the mismatched lengths say someone has been adding springs.

Looks like they tried to do a hokie 3"ish lift and or add capacity

extra leafs to long and different thickness leafs . and 2 overloads .
