I just picked up an 84 k5, and i was wondering what you guys have done to make it safe for kid to ride in the back since there are only lap belts. My kids are 7 and10. How hard would it be to mount some Jr. Dragster 5 points back there? Its not gonna be a wheeling rig, so I don't really want to build a full cage in it. Is there threads about something similar? I did a search but it didn't work so well. Any ideas?

What about fabricating a partial cage in the rear for a mount point? I know somebody has to have kids and a K5. What did you do for rear seatbelts?

5 points and full cage all around on mine. because of the low back on the rear seat it is perfect for smaller in stature people.

bonus is kids love to use the cage as a jungle jim.
