they came with that plus rear window defrost. I've seen 4 switches on the dash for them. I'll look for some pics.

I picked up dual switch only bezel on fleabay some years back. Only other place I can think of is a pnp. I can't find anyone the sells them aftermarket.
My parts suburban is an 89 and should have everything you need in it, I've gotta get over to where its stored for some drip rails I'll try to remember and look while I'm there. It may not be tomorrow but I'll give It a shot
These what you're after? I kinda would like to keep the rear AC/heat one for the 88 burb since it has neither. But I can easily find more here if you want them all.

I can check the heated back glass and see how good it is too if you have issues locating one out there. I'll try grabbing them switches next time I'm over there, its sitting in about 2' of snow and -1° so if you want the back glass it may be a bit before I get to where it's at with real tools
I can just do an aftermarket defroster. No hurry at all. Just remember to grab em lol
The heater I have in my Blazer is out of a sub and I have the sub rear air. Heating
unit came form the east coast. I have not seen a heat unit on Calif subs in 26 years
of playing with My blazer. Have not seen many squares at all lately.

The rear defroster is in the rear window glass. The heater set on the floor and in my Blazer does a great job of defrosting the rear glass.
Eric if you want a back glass with the defrost on it I got one you can have if you make it back up this way,it’s just taking up space got rid of my suburban years ago.

Did they ever offer the rear roof ac with heat or is that just aftermarket? My 89 2500 burban has the roof mounted rear ac and heat but my 90 1500 burban just has the rear roof ac like most Ive seen. Im also assuming its aftermarket as it has one factory looking switch that is low/off/high but another that im assuming to switch from ac/heat that is just a push pull switch/lever. Ill have to try to get pictures sometime.
RPO C69 is front and rear ac, C36 is aux rear heat. I'm guessing it was available stock.
What do you mean by this? Aftermarket glass with defrost?
Mine has never worked. And could really use it up here, although the rig is getting driven less and less. Actually, neither of mine have working defrost.

Damn those are actually fairly cheap for as much of a difference as a working defroster can make
