Rear axle swap

Being that the rear axle is approximately 3” shorter than the front axle, is there a common replacement besides wheel spacers that can be used to get the rear tires out from the notorious muffin top of the rear fenders?! 1990 full size 4WD
 
They are set up like that from the factory, has to do with steering angles and turn radius
 
The later 6 lug 14SF (9.5" semi floating axle) is a fairly popular swap, but if you are thinking of something that can just drop in, there isn't.

Pretty sure anything out there that's wider requires redoing spring perches, shock mounts, driveshaft u-joints, and lug studs (later stuff is metric and significantly larger than earlier).

The van axle is wider and matches the front but you need to relocate the spring perches
